WhatheFish! participated in the Buzzing Hawkers show which aired in Jan 2018 on Channel 5 when we were located in a coffeeshop in Tanjong Pagar. Our mentor chef, celebrity Chef Danial Sia, helped to craft this dish specially for us!
This is our version of tempura, and instead of the normal tempura batter, we use our own “secret recipe” batter, to give you crunchy and crispy chunks of seabass, carrots and cabbages. Hmmm.. indulgent and yet healthy at the same time?
Originally served with Japanese rice, you can now customise your dish with your choice of sauce and base!
